Smoothie Packs

Love smoothies, but hate the hassle of making them every morning? 🙋. I looked into one of the smoothie cup delivery companies, and the cost floored me! Instead, I spend about 45 minutes a week and make smoothie packs for my family. It's a BIG time saver and way cheaper than ordering them! Here's how I do it. After I get home from my weekly shopping, I instantly chop up all my fruits and veggies for the week (If I don't do it right away, I'll put all my groceries away, and none of my food prep will get done 😂 ) and make my salad jars and these smoothie packs. I add our favorite fruits, greens, and healthy fat like raw 🥥 or 🥑. That's it! I rinse our bags out after each use and reuse them the following week! Learn how to make smoothie packs here!

Broccoli Sprouts

Broccoli sprouts are loaded with glucoraphanin, the glucosinolate precursor to the isothiocyanate sulforaphane. This unique compound has a pretty impressive lineup of health benefits, starting with its cancer-preventing and cancer-fighting abilities.
